Ethereum is poised for a possible price surge in the NEAR future, driven by increasing institutional demand. The network upgrade and positive technical indicators suggest a continued bullish trend, with large holders accumulating ETH, signaling a growing bullish sentiment.

Ethereum Price Outlook – Institutional Demand Drives Potential Increase

Institutional demand for Ethereum has significantly increased, hinting at a possible price surge in the near future. Ethereum's network upgrade and positive technical indicators suggest a continued bullish market trend. Notably, there's been a spike in Ethereum [ETH] whale activity, with a 2.30% rise in addresses holding over 10,000 ETH since February 1st. This accumulation by large holders signals a growing bullish sentiment. As of press time, ETH was trading at $2,712.49, reflecting a 3.14% increase in the last 24 hours. Further evidence of institutional interest came from U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs acquiring 146,540 ETH, valued at $420.2 million, indicating a growing confidence in Ethereum's future.

Industry Leaders Propose Ethereum’s First Threshold-Encrypted Mempool

A consortium led by the open-source protocol has announced the first practical framework for an encrypted mempool on Ethereum. The collaboration includes Shutter Network and several major blockchain providers. They have jointly revealed a roadmap for providing privacy and fairness to Ethereum via an encrypted mempool, aiming to automatically protect every Ethereum user against exploitative trading practices. The proposal consists of three phases, starting with integrating encrypted transactions with existing infrastructure.

Ethereum exchange outflow hits 23-month high

Ethereum's outflow has reached a 23-month high, indicating growing confidence in the cryptocurrency. Despite ETH's sideways trading since the market recovery, investors have taken the opportunity to accumulate the coin. According to Santiment, a total of 224,410 ETH tokens were moved off exchanges in the 24 hours between February 8th and 9th, and this trend continued on February 10th with 768.5k in exchange outflows. This outflow was the largest amount of net coins withdrawn from exchanges in a single day over the past 23 months.

Ethereum Signals Potential Rebound as TD Sequential Flashes Buy Alert

Ethereum appears to be at a pivotal moment as the TD Sequential indicator presents a buy signal on both the weekly and daily charts. This widely used technical tool suggests that the recent downturn may be losing steam, opening the door for a potential price recovery. The appearance of a buy setup on two key timeframes strengthens the case for a shift in Ethereum’s trajectory, indicating that selling pressure may be nearing exhaustion.
